Pasta Ala Greg Recipe
My friend's husband made this for us ladies on a recent visit to LA. It was served with a green salad, bread and red wine.

Ingredients
  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Spaghetti for two
  • 1 small Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 2+ slices of Mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Start water to boil for pasta. Preheat the BBQ.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper chicken and place on med hot grill over indirect heat. Grill for 7-10 min on each side, depending on thickness - till done.
  3. While pasta is boiling, heat the pasta sauce in saucepan on stove - or in the microwave if you're lazy like me. = )
  4. Drain Pasta and divide between two plates.
  5. Place one chicken breast on each plate on top of the pasta.
  6. Place one+ slice of mozzarella cheese on the chicken breast.
  7. Ladle very hot pasta sauce on top of the cheese.
  8. Let set for a minute to melt the cheese and serve.

This sounds so simple and very good. It's the kind of recipe that multiplies very easily.
