Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a medium sausepan combine broth, salt, flour, garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add yogurt.
  • Fold in pasta and cheese.
  • Serve!

    I like that you use fat-free yogurt for this recipe. I too love Alfredo, but would rather enjoy it without the "guilt." Thank you!

    If you have viewed this recipe recently, Myrna let me know that I didn't put the amount of Chicken Broth needed in the recipe. Thank you Myrna! =) I also noticed that I put the wrong amount of plain yogurt. It is fixed now. Enjoy!
