PBS Coffee Cake

The best coffe cake ever. Can be used as a dessert by adding whipped cream. My potluck request!
Ingredients
- 1C brown sugar shopping list
- 1C sugar shopping list
- 2C flour shopping list
- 1t baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1C buttermilk shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/2 t vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 C pecans shopping list
- 1 bag toffee chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350
- Butter and flour 13X9 baking pan
- Combine sugars
- Sift in flour, baking soda, salt
- Cut in butter
- Reserve 1/2 C for topping
- Combine buttermilk, egg, and vanilla in bowl
- Add to dry ingredients, using mixer, may add more buttermilk if needed
- Pour into baking pan
- Combine reserved mixture, pecans and toffee chips
- Sprinkle over cake batter
- Bake 30-35 minutes at 350
