How to make it
- preheat over to 450F.
- stir jelly,thyme and cider or wine and 1/3 of the sage in a non reactive sauce pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until glaze is reduced by 1/3.
- season hen halves with remaining sage and salt and pepper to taste
- spray halves with cooking spray and roast about 25 minutes, or cooked through,basting frequently
- serve with remaining glaze spooned over the hen
