Pico De Gallo

- 1 med/large onion finely chopped shopping list
- 12 roma tomatos seeded 1/4" dice shopping list
- 10-15 jalapeno peppers seeded 1/8" dice shopping list
- 1-2 habanero peppers VERY finely chopped shopping list
- 3 yellow banana peppers seeded 1/8" dice shopping list
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs oregano shopping list
- 2 tbs basil shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- A few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, Tabasco works well shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- DO NOT touch you eyes while preparing this
- Mix all ingredients except salt in large bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour, 2 is better
- Add salt, mix and serve.
- I like to serve "Scoops" tortilla chips with this.
