I left out the broth completely, and doubled the cayenne pepper. I also used red peppers instead of green peppers because that's what I had on hand. I also added 1 tbsp. Chacere's(sp?) Creole Seasoning. Let me tell you, this was one fantastic dish! Thanks for the recipe! I will definitely do this one again!

It does sound very good. to the above comment, it probably depends on the quality of produce and products used - canned tomatoes can make or break a recipe, depending on how flavourful they are, same with all the produce - if it is in season, it's bound to be good. i give this recipe top marks.
