SWEET ,COCONUT, THIS IS A VERY GOOD PIE I THINK YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2cup sugar
  • 1 stick of melted margarine
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of coconut
  • 1 tesp. of vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix sugar and eggs [beat one at a time].
  2. Add melted margarine,milk,coconut,then vanilla.
  3. Cook in 325 until frim., a grolden brown. About 35 min.
  4. You will need 2 pie shell [uncook]. Then put in oven.
