Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs. frozen chicken breast halves
  • 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, chopped, or 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces

Directions
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except broccoli in slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
  3. 3. Add broccoli 30 minutes before serving.
