Ingredients
  • 2 large onions-sliced vertically
  • 2# chicken-skinless and boneless-white or dark or a mixture of meat
  • cut in 1" pieces
  • 1 1/2(8 oz.)ham -diced
  • 1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes
  • ! (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves-minced
  • 1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme-crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce-your choise
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen,sliced okra-thawed
  • 1 cup frozen lima beans-thawed
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernal corn-thawed

Directions
  1. in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockpot,place onions,top with chinken and ham
  2. in a small bowlcombine tomatoes,with juice,broth,garlic,worcestershire sauce,mustard,thyme,pepper and hot sauce
  3. pour over meat,cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours
  4. add okra,lima beans and corn, if using low, turn to high and cook for 45 minutes more or till vegetables are tender
