Cawliflower Curry

- 1T ginger puree(1/2T chopped ginger and water) shopping list
- 1 lg. cauliflower shopping list
- 1/2t ground tumeric shopping list
- 1 fresh green chil,sliced crosswise in thin slices shopping list
- 1cfirmly packed chopped cilantro shopping list
- 11/4t ground cumin shopping list
- 21/2t ground coriander shopping list
- 11/2t garam masala shopping list
- 1T lemon juice shopping list
- salt(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut cauliflowe r into tiny florets In a lg. skillet over med heat,stir-fry ginger puree and tumeric for 2 mins.,adding a few drops of water if mixture begins to stick.
- Add chili and cilantro,stir-frying an additional 2 mins. Add cauliflower and cook for 5 mins,adding a tsp. of water if mixture becomes too dry.
- Add remaining ingredients
- and 4 Tbs,. water
- Stir for 3-4 mins then reduce heat,cover pan,and cook,stirring occasionally,for 40 mins more or till cauliflower is for tender.
