How to make it

  • Cut cauliflowe r into tiny florets In a lg. skillet over med heat,stir-fry ginger puree and tumeric for 2 mins.,adding a few drops of water if mixture begins to stick.
  • Add chili and cilantro,stir-frying an additional 2 mins. Add cauliflower and cook for 5 mins,adding a tsp. of water if mixture becomes too dry.
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • and 4 Tbs,. water
  • Stir for 3-4 mins then reduce heat,cover pan,and cook,stirring occasionally,for 40 mins more or till cauliflower is for tender.
