Ingredients
  • 1) Package yellow cake mix
  • 4) Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1) Large can mandarin oranges
  • 1)15 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1) Large package Lemon or Vanilla instant pudding
  • 8) oz Cool Whip

Directions
  1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour 9X13 pan
  3. Throw first 4 ingredients into large bowl and beat well with mixer.
  4. Pour into greased and floured pan
  5. Bake 30 - 35 minutes
  6. FROSTING
  7. Dump Pineapple with juice and pudding mix into large bowl and mix.
  8. Fold Cool Whip into that mess and frost cake.
  9. Store in the refrigerator. This is best when refrigerated 24 hours.
