How to make it

  • Heat Oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease and flour 9X13 pan
  • Throw first 4 ingredients into large bowl and beat well with mixer.
  • Pour into greased and floured pan
  • Bake 30 - 35 minutes
  • FROSTING
  • Dump Pineapple with juice and pudding mix into large bowl and mix.
  • Fold Cool Whip into that mess and frost cake.
  • Store in the refrigerator. This is best when refrigerated 24 hours.

    I'm always on the lookout for cakes with a *WOW* factor that would do well at a school auction. This is really impressive looking and a great alternative to the usual flood of chocolate cakes.
