Canadian Bacon Potato Quiche Recipe
With all the holiday brunches, this is literally easy as pie!

Ingredients
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 C country style diced potatoes, thawed
  • 1 C ½ inch pieces of fresh asparagus
  • 1 C diced Canadian Bacon
  • 1 ½ C havarti, shredded (6 oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • ½ t marjoram
  • ¼ t salt

Directions
  1. 375 oven
  2. Prepare crust as directed on package
  3. Bake about 8 minutes or until golden
  4. Layer potaoes, asparagus, bacon and cheese in partially baked crust
  5. Beat eggs, milk, marjoram & salt, blend well
  6. Pour over mixture in pie shell
  7. Bake 40 – 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
  8. Let stand 5 minutes
  9. 8 servings
