How to make it

  • Heat oven to 180 degrees C
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler and set aside to cool
  • Mix 4oz sugar, cocoa powder and milk until all is dissolved and set aside
  • Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside
  • Cream together the remaining 4oz sugar and butter
  • Add in the egg and mix until texture is creamy and smooth
  • Add the egg mixture into the flour mixture and set aside
  • Mix the peanut butter into the cooled melted chocolate until thick and smooth
  • Combine the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture until smooth
  • Pour into cake pan
  • Cook for 35min or until firm and skewer comes out clean.
  • Let cool, then cover with a light glaze or a cream cheese icing
