Ran across this recipe while in New Mexico. Love it on salads. It is from the Coyote Cafe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together
- Store in small jar
