French Blueberry Tart

- 1 stick butter cut into pieces shopping list
- 1-1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup ground almonds shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 can blueberry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Blend butter, flour, sugar and almonds to crumbly consistency.
- Add egg yolk, water and almond extract.
- Form dough into ball and chill 30 minutes.
- Roll between wax paper to 12" circle and fit into tart pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 then cool.
- Cream together pudding and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into cooled pastry.
- Top with pie filling then chill for several hours.
- Serve cold.
