Ingredients

2 pack tofu cut quarter diagonaly yield 8 piece

1 pork chop ( 6 oz)

a handfull of raw shrimps, clean and devined ( 4 oz)

4 stick green onion

4 clove of garlik

black pepper

salt

soy sauce

4 cup of water

3 stick of carrots

4 stick of celery

Directions

cored the tofu like on the pic for the stuffing, set aside

in the food processor, grind pork , with shrimps, leftover tofu from the core, garlic, salt and pepper

add chopped green onion, mixed with spoon

stuffed the meat mixture in the tofu,

placed in the plate, microwave on high for 5 min 9 just to be sure it won;t come of on the soup

boil the water add the veggie( cut chunky)

add some soy sauce, salt and pepper,

put the tofu in the soup, serve hot with a bowl of rice or just eat it like that, , you will love to eat tofu this way so sof and yummy

just to be clear...
you cook the tofu in the microwave and you cook the liquid on the stove...then put the tofu in the liquid, yes?

also- what is the best way to core the tofu...
what to do you use...a knife?

Yes first i cooked the tofu in the microwave, or you could steam it, i prefer microwave cos it faster and i love simple and easy cooking,
after i make the soup, and the vegetable soften, i add the tofu in the soup and boil some more, thanks for visiting here,
