How to make it

  • Chop finely the ginger, red chilli and garlic.
  • Slice the chicken, onion and green pepper.
  • Fry the onion and green pepper and set aside.
  • Brown the chicken, adding the ginger, garlic and chilli for the last minute.
  • Add the cream, citrus juice and tumeric and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Add the fried vegetables, heat through.
  • Stir in the fresh corriander and serve.

    Yeah that would work, though there's nothing better with a curry than a yummy sweet naan bread - tastier than rice any day IMHO!
