I made this tuna loaf recipe in the mid-70's as a young wife and mother. It was a staple in our home. I lost my Aglow in the Kitchen cookbook sometime ago, so I was thrilled to see this recipe from that cookbook on this website. Trust me, it's very tasty and easy to make. I have this tuna loaf in the oven 'as we speak'. I added some of my home grown fresh dill but otherwise followed the recipe.

Gotta try this! I never have dry soup mix though...what could I put in it's place? We don't eat meat on Fridays and if I don't make it to the store today, I may be cooking some canned tuna, and this sound really good!
