- 1 lbs. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 t. pepper shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup) shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into twenty 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place in ungreased rectangular pan. 13 X 9 X 2 inches or on a rack in broiler pan.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
