Ale shrimp

This dish is a tasty blend of flavors. Goes great served over pasta, rice or simply by itself.
Ingredients
- 1 lb prawns (peeled and pre-cooked) shopping list
- 2-3 dark ale bottled beers (any kind) shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- hot sauce (to desired taste) shopping list
- 2-3 cloves garlic (finely chopped) shopping list
- 3 T butter (for frying) shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate prawns in the beer, salt and hot sauce for 2-4 hours, stirring every now and then.
- Saute prawns in garlic and butter on medium-low for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
