Ingredients
  • 3 cups carrots-peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill-chopped
  • 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. place carrots in a skillet,pour enough water to just cover
  2. bring to a boil,over medium heat
  3. simmer until water has evaporated and carrots are tender
  4. stir in rest of the ingredients
  5. cook for 1-2 minutes and serve
