How to make it

  • Combine all spices then rub turkey with spices and set aside.
  • Place turkey on grid over a hot fire and cook for seven minutes per side then remove from grill and let sit fifteen minutes.
  • In a saucepan bring broth and wine to a simmer and reduce to half the volume.
  • Place reduction on the turkey and serve.
