How to make it

  • Place meat in mixing bowl
  • Add seasonings
  • Divide into 6 balls
  • Place 1 in between 2 pieces of wax paper and roll until flat
  • Remove top paper and add cheese of your choice. I like feta.
  • Fold up sides of meat to cover cheese
  • Shape into patty so cheese is not visible
  • Repeat until you have 6 patties
  • Grill or pan fry until done- Whatever the weather permits.
  • Serve on buns with burger fixings.
