Ingredients

1 cup French Green Clay

1/2 cup oatflour, you may use a colloidal oatmeal, use blender to make flour if you need too

4 drops peppermint EO, any mint type oil will do here

4 drops lavender EO

2 cucumber slices, per mask

Directions

*Mix all well and store in a jar.

Directions; mix one tablespoon powder with approximately

2 tablespoons water and mix into a paste.

Apply to face, let dry about 5-10 mins, rinse & pat dry.

Set timer, if on a schedule.

Place cucumber slices over eyes, lay back and relax.

Rinse off.

Follow this with your favorite moisturizer.

You can use a number of ingredients for a good facial and there are numerous additives you can use as well depending of the type of skin you have...ex;honey to moisturize, egg white to help oily skin etc. but my skin is middle of the road... and this is what works best. *You could also add lavender powder, rosehip powder, comfrey powder or any beneficial additive at about 1 tablespoon per batch. The Swiss like the rosehips as it has vitamin C and the lavender and comfrey are very healing.
