I found this out on a website some where, do not remember where, a long time ago in a galaxie far far away. Thought you all might like it here too!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup French Green Clay
  • 1/2 cup oatflour, you may use a colloidal oatmeal, use blender to make flour if you need too
  • 4 drops peppermint EO, any mint type oil will do here
  • 4 drops lavender EO
  • -
  • 2 cucumber slices, per mask

Directions
  1. *Mix all well and store in a jar.
  2. -
  3. Directions; mix one tablespoon powder with approximately
  4. 2 tablespoons water and mix into a paste.
  5. Apply to face, let dry about 5-10 mins, rinse & pat dry.
  6. Set timer, if on a schedule.
  7. Place cucumber slices over eyes, lay back and relax.
  8. Rinse off.
  9. Follow this with your favorite moisturizer.

You can use a number of ingredients for a good facial and there are numerous additives you can use as well depending of the type of skin you have...ex;honey to moisturize, egg white to help oily skin etc. but my skin is middle of the road... and this is what works best. *You could also add lavender powder, rosehip powder, comfrey powder or any beneficial additive at about 1 tablespoon per batch. The Swiss like the rosehips as it has vitamin C and the lavender and comfrey are very healing.

This probably smells a lot better than my green clay mask, which is just the clay and water!
