One day while fooling arounjd with recipes I discovered how to make Spagetti Sauce Cajun
I cheated on the sauce but the result was fabulous

Ingredients
- One Package of Good grounjd beef about 2 lbs
- One bag of frozen seasoning mix. It has chopped onions,green peppers celery etc in a bag
- One jAR OF FAVORITE spagetti sauce like Prego
- Fresh mushrooms
- Rotel Mild chillies
- Small amount of olive oil
Directions
- Prepare the groound beef in a medium hot pan Be sure to get all the lumps out of it
- Add some seasoning mix from the bag Judge for yourselves how much
- Add the jar of pre pared sauce
- Add mushrooms
- now add the Rotel mild chillies
- Cook for about an hour covered
- Serve over pasta
- Your family will love this if they like a little "spice" in their lfe LOL

I have three bags full on hand for gravy and other dishes
Try this I guarantee you all will love it.
The chilles are a bit "tangy" shall we say but my family loves the spicy taste

I love this as well Delta.. I use the seasoning mix alot too around the holidays when I know Im gonna need alot of chopped veggies..... Sure saves time.... Thanks for this recipe... Im gonna give it a try....
