Chicken Tostadas with Southwest Jalapeno Crema

- 1/2c Mexican crema or sour cream shopping list
- 1T. minced jalapeno chili,veins and seeds removed shopping list
- 1t. southwest seasoning,divided shopping list
- 3c shreaded deli rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 4 tostada shells shopping list
- 1(15 oz) can black beans,drained,rinsed shopping list
- 1/2c. chopped green onions shopping list
- 1c. shreaded mexican cheese blend shopping list
- 1/4c. thick refrigerated salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Combine crema,chili and 1/2t. of southwest seasoning in a small bowl. Combine chicken and remaining 1/2t. seasoning in a med bowl.
- Place tostada shells on baking sheet;top with beans,chicken,green onions and cheese Bake 8 to 10 mins or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated thru. Top with salsa and crema mixture.
