Chicken Tostadas With Southwest Jalapeno Crema Recipe

Ingredients

1/2c Mexican crema or sour cream

1T. minced jalapeno chili,veins and seeds removed

1t. southwest seasoning,divided

3c shreaded deli rotisserie chicken

4 tostada shells

1(15 oz) can black beans,drained,rinsed

1/2c. chopped green onions

1c. shreaded mexican cheese blend

1/4c. thick refrigerated salsa

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Combine crema,chili and 1/2t. of southwest seasoning in a small bowl. Combine chicken and remaining 1/2t. seasoning in a med bowl.

Place tostada shells on baking sheet;top with beans,chicken,green onions and cheese Bake 8 to 10 mins or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated thru. Top with salsa and crema mixture.
