This is a fantastic recipe bursting with flavors. So creamy, zesty and full of great flavors. Serve with pride, this one is a true keeper.

Ingredients
  • 9 ounce package frozen creamed spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce package crab meat
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions
  1. Thaw spinach in microwave at medium power for 6 minutes then set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  3. Spoon into a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with toasted baguette slices or tortilla chips.
