Ingredients
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • green onions, optional

Directions
  1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
