How to make it

  • Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat, stirring to break up meat, for 5 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover and remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and soup. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
