How to make it

  • -Cream butter until soft add sugar gradually cream together until light and fluffy.
  • -Beat in eggs and vanilla
  • -Sift flour and salt together
  • -Blend well till dough is stiff (you will end up having to mix by hand)
  • -Chill 2 to 3 hours or over night roll out and cut.
  • -Bake at 325 for 12 to 14 minutes
