These are great anytime, I usually fix them on a big platter and we all just dig in while watching a movie or the game.

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 lb Velveeta, cubed
- Tortilla Chips
- Sour Cream
- Black Olives, sliced
Directions
- Combine ground beef, tomatoes, beans and velveeta and simmer until cheese is melted.
- Pour over chips.
- Top with sour cream and olives.
- Serve to hubby during the game with a cold beer and a honey-do list. :o)
