A nice puffy oatmeal peanut butter cookie. It's very chewy and delicious! I use mini-chocolate chips. They are also eggless!

I like these, I notice so far while looking through your recipes you don't feel you need a lot of sugar to make your sweets taste good, that's how I am. I'm going to make these, without the margarine though, probably olive oil.

My husband loved this and I would have liked it as well if I had of bought different chocolate chips. Archie, my husband, said that these are the best cookies that he has ever eaten. He also said that I would win first place at the fair if I was to enter them, lol! Thanks for this easy and yummy recipe!

Holy wow! these are amazing! i made a few substitutions....chunky peanut butter, whole wheat flour, old fashioned oats, regular choc chips and fat free milk, baked for 11-12 minutes. i can't tell if it's me or if the cookies are a tad salty, i will halve the salt the next time i make these....which will be thursday for my friend who adores any kind of cookie - especially yummy ones! :) they are super soft and squidgy when you first take them out. once they cool they are perfectly delicious and chewy!

Ok so i had to make these again! this time i did omit the salt (there is salt in the marg. and peanut butter). mucho delicioso! we're going to make ice cream sandwiches using vanilla ice cream and two of these wonderlicious cookies. thanks again...i've printed the recipe and it's found a home in my recipe box. :)
