How to make it

  • place salmon filet in foil tray
  • sprinkle with salt
  • mix yoshida sauce with wasabi paste to your liking (we like it hot!)
  • cover filet with sauce
  • arrange green pepper rings on filet
  • add onion and red pepper
  • place on BBQ grill for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness
  • careful not to overcook - meat should flake off when done
  • I served with a rice pilaf and brocoli -
  • so simple and easy for a weekday meal !
