sweet and spicey hot BBQ salmon

- 1 fresh salmon filet (I used a big ol' red salmon and leave the skin on) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 cup Yoshida's hawaiian sweet and sour sauce shopping list
- wasabi paste shopping list
- 1 onion sliced thin shopping list
- 1 green pepper sliced in rings shopping list
- 1 red pepper sliced shopping list
How to make it
- place salmon filet in foil tray
- sprinkle with salt
- mix yoshida sauce with wasabi paste to your liking (we like it hot!)
- cover filet with sauce
- arrange green pepper rings on filet
- add onion and red pepper
- place on BBQ grill for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness
- careful not to overcook - meat should flake off when done
- I served with a rice pilaf and brocoli -
- so simple and easy for a weekday meal !
