This is identical to my family's favorite flank steak recipe only instead of the olive oil I use red wine vinegar and about six cloves of crushed garlic. i marinade it for at least day. This lowers the calories and the flavor is every bit as good...I promise! I broil it for 5-6 mins on each side and slice VERY thin.
In fact I buy the steaks, make the marinade and seal them in my food saver bag until ready to eat or freeze.
