I love to eat this for a snack. It doesn't last long in our house, but if you use low fat it doesn't matter.

I make something similar with a large carton of cottage cheese instead of the yogurt. I usually only put one fruit in the recipe and fold all ingredients together instead of beating. Also, you can use any combination of fruit and Jello powder instead of the pudding mix.
