Ingredients
  • 2 (8oz each) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2/3 c splenda
  • 1 tsp rum flavor
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat cream cheese & eggs til combined.
  3. Add sour cream and rest of ingredients, beat at low speed just til combined
  4. Spray 9 inch pie plate with butter flavored cooking spray
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie plate
  6. Place pie plate into another pan half filled with water
  7. Bake for 50
  8. Turn off oven & let cool in oven
  9. Chill well before serving
