Creamed sauted mushrooms

- 1lb button mushrooms shopping list
- 2 shallots shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- a nob of butter shopping list
- 125g double cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash thoroughly the mushrooms (three times until the water is clear).
- Finelly chopped the shallots and garlic.
- Slice down the mushrooms as fine as possible.
- Heat up a frying pan, add the butter, sweat off the shallots for 1 minute or so.
- Add in the mushrooms and stir-fry them for 10 minutes.
- Add the garlic and the cream.
- Allow to reduce until creamy consistency.
- Season.
