How to make it

  • Wash thoroughly the mushrooms (three times until the water is clear).
  • Finelly chopped the shallots and garlic.
  • Slice down the mushrooms as fine as possible.
  • Heat up a frying pan, add the butter, sweat off the shallots for 1 minute or so.
  • Add in the mushrooms and stir-fry them for 10 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and the cream.
  • Allow to reduce until creamy consistency.
  • Season.

    I'm a bit puzzled. Directions say to slice mushroom, but photo shows whole mushrooms.
