How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Drain chicken livers.
  • Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Dump chicken livers onto the cookie sheet and spread into a single layer.
  • Place in oven for 20 minutes then turn off heat.
  • Remove after 45 minutes to an hour. Be careful not to burn.
  • Large livers can be cut after cooking into tidbits for small dogs.
  • Can be frozen.

    This sounds better than going through the processing step with the liver in my liver treat recipe! And my cats will love them too!

    Yah, I don't have a dog. It's a good thing because I want to eat the livers. Can we add some bacon? :^)
