Ingredients

1 lb raw chicken livers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain chicken livers.

Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Dump chicken livers onto the cookie sheet and spread into a single layer.

Place in oven for 20 minutes then turn off heat.

Remove after 45 minutes to an hour. Be careful not to burn.

Large livers can be cut after cooking into tidbits for small dogs.

Can be frozen.
