Ingredients
- 1 lb raw chicken livers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain chicken livers.
- Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Dump chicken livers onto the cookie sheet and spread into a single layer.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes then turn off heat.
- Remove after 45 minutes to an hour. Be careful not to burn.
- Large livers can be cut after cooking into tidbits for small dogs.
- Can be frozen.
