Ingredients
  • 2 (2-lb) cans chunk pineapple
  • 2 (1-lb) cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (10 oz) bottle maraschino cherries
  • 5 - 6 sliced bananas
  • 2 small boxes vanilla pudding, (NOT INSTANT)

Directions
  1. Drain all fruit. Save pineapple juice.
  2. Cook pudding according to directions, instead of milk use pineapple juice and water to make the right amount of liquid.
  3. When cool add to fruit mixture.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Serves about 20

I think I have had something like this and it was very good. I thought it was instant pudding in the one I had.
