How to make it

  • Drain all fruit. Save pineapple juice.
  • Cook pudding according to directions, instead of milk use pineapple juice and water to make the right amount of liquid.
  • When cool add to fruit mixture.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serves about 20

    I think I have had something like this and it was very good. I thought it was instant pudding in the one I had.
