Miso Soup

- 1/2 tablespoon miso paste shopping list
- 400ml water shopping list
- 1/2 block of silken tofu, cubed shopping list
- Shimeiji mushroom, ends removed shopping list
- A small bunch of Wakame shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the miso paste with water.
- Add all the ingredients and boil.
- Because of the ingredients I used (can be eaten even without cooking), it's ready when it boils.
- Super simple and super fast! It took me only 10 minutes to get it done!

This is easy and idiot proof! I used the red miso (at the suggestion of my favorite sushi restaurant who makes great soup) and added more to taste. This is a simple recipe for a delicious soup! Thanks! :0)
