How to make it

  • Wash drummettes in warm water and pat dry.
  • In a large bowl wisk together Terriyaki sauce, cooking Sherry, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes.
  • Add chicken drummettes and thoroughly coat with marinade.
  • Allow to sit in a fridge for at least half an hour.
  • On an aluminum foil covered baking sheet evenly spread out drummettes and cook in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
