Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe
These tangy chicken drummettes have a medley of flavors...everything from sweet to spicy to tangy. Served as an appetizer or as a main course over rice they are a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  • Large package of chicken drummettes (12 drummettes or more)
  • 3 cups of Terriyaki sauce (I prefer Kikoman)
  • 2 cups of cooking Sherry
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 clove of finely minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes

Directions
  1. Wash drummettes in warm water and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl wisk together Terriyaki sauce, cooking Sherry, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add chicken drummettes and thoroughly coat with marinade.
  4. Allow to sit in a fridge for at least half an hour.
  5. On an aluminum foil covered baking sheet evenly spread out drummettes and cook in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
