Chicken Paprika With Sour Cream Gravy Recipe
This easy dish is a one pot no hassle recipe. It pairs fresh ingredients with simple canned soups to make an excellent chicken dish which is fantastic with rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 5 large boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tsp of red paprika
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 2 - 10 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1- 16 oz container of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of green onions (washed, dried, and diced)

Directions
  1. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder. Dredge each chicken breasts until thoroughly coated.
  3. In a 10 inch skillet melt 2 sticks of butter.
  4. Fry chicken until outside is brown *depending on thickness of fillet, it's usually about 5 minutes per side*
  5. In same pan mix in soup, sour cream, and green onions.
  6. Stir and cover with lid.
  7. Simmer on stovetop on medium heat for around 45 minutes or until inside of chicken is completely white.
  8. Serve chicken along with gravy with a nice side dish of steamed vegetables and rice or mashed potatoes.
