Beef Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper

3/4 pound thinned cut beef strips

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 (.87 ounce) package of Brown Gravy Mix

1 cup of water

2 cups of fresh broccoli florets

Directions

Heat up a large skillet with oil. Saute the beef strips for 3-4 minutes, and then add in the broccoli last.

Mix the Brown Gravy Mix and black pepper with water. Then pour over with the beef mixture. Stir and then bring to a boil. Lastly, cover the mixture and simmer for 5-8 minutes or till the broccoli is tender.
