Spring Rhubarb Bread

- 1 ½ cups dark brown sugar shopping list
- ⅔ cup Enova oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 2½ cups flour shopping list
- 1½ cups finely diced rhubarb shopping list
- ⅔ cup chopped pecans or walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together in order given.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F for 40 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Makes 2 loafs.
