How to make it

  • Sauté onion and garlic in butter and oil for 2mins on full power.
  • Add livers, pierce membranes, cover, cook full power 5mins, stir and cook for another 5mins.
  • Blend in food processor add bread, brandy, salt, pepper, parsley (dried or fresh) can also add a hard boiled egg for bulk. Blend till smooth. Pour into ramekins, pour a little melted butter over the top and garnish, put in fridge to set.

    last time I made it, I didnt add the hard boiled egg or the herbs and family enjoyed even more!!! Go figure?
