Ingredients

1 bag (2 lb) frozen hash browns

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 ounces sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon minced onion

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup corn flakes, crushed

1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

Mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup melted butter together. Add salt and onion. Add hash browns and mix. Spread into 9x13-inch baking dish; cover with cheese and then the corn flakes. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
