Cracker Salad Recipe

	eggs tomatoes saltines mayonnaise

Ingredients

3 sleeves of saltine crackers (crushed into large pieces)

8 eggs boiled and peeled

1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

2 large ripe tomatoes diced

pepper to taste

Directions

Crumble the boiled eggs into a large bowl.

Mix in the crackers, mayonnaise, and tomatoes.

Add a bit of pepper to taste.
