How to make it

  • Mix the eggs,milk,vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Melt 3 pats of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip the croissants in the egg mixture, then place in the heated skillet.
  • Sprinkle the tops with the pecans immediately.
  • Cook on both sides turning as needed until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from skillet to serving platter and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  • Serve with warmed syrup.
  • I serve this with honeydew melon, strawberries and a glass of OJ.
