How to make it

  • Grind the cashew nuts into a paste.
  • Puree the tomatoes in a grinder.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onions and fry till browned. Add capsicum and cook till capsicum is tender.
  • Add chicken and cook for five minutes.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  • Cook on a slow fire for 30 minutes.
  • Add cashew nut paste. Mix well and simmer for twenty minutes.
  • Finally stir in the cream.
