This dish needs porcelaine tajine to cook and to serve food. I don't have this tajine (it is ideal for Couscous too) ...I use "Italian pot"!

Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 eggplants
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • oil

Directions
  1. Cut ingredients (big pieces)
  2. Put 1 sliced onion on bottom
  3. Put ingredients in the pot (potatoes and carrots first)
  4. Put a lid and keep the cooker low
